NamLeisure Cards
Welcome to the NamLeisure family, where we offer you various discounts and benefits.
The NamLeisure card is all about giving you, our valued guest, discounts for choosing an NWR resort to spend your time in, whether it be for business or pleasure, or a little bit of both. We offer four different NamLeisure cards, namely Student, Solo, Plus, and Family.
Why should I get a NamLeisure card?
- As a Namibian, SADC, or international cardholder, you are entitled to discounts on accommodation, meals, and activities.
- This discount can be enjoyed at any of our resorts throughout the country.
- Additionally, it helps you save the environment through a 10% contribution towards the NWR CSR programme which funds projects such as the Enviro-Kidz initiative — giving you a double ‘feel good’ experience.
How do I join or renew my card?
For New Members: To get started, select your preferred card type tab to view the card details and access the application form. Use your name and surname or ID number as your payment reference when making your payment.
For Renewing Members: Simply use your membership code as the payment reference when making your payment. Send the proof of payment to namleisurecard@nwr.com.na to complete your membership renewal.

Application Form
Please note: A child is anyone who is between the ages of 13-17 years. Children of 0-5 years stay for free, 6-12 years automatically qualify for discounts.
Universal Rules for NamLeisure Cards
- Benefits can only be awarded if valid identification (ID/
passport) is presented with your NamLeisure card, plus a
valid student card/proof of registration at a tertiary institution. - Anyone with a valid Namibian ID/passport, permanent or
temporary residence permit (two years), and diplomats are
entitled to a Namibian NamLeisure card. - SADC citizens are entitled to the card if they provide proof of
permanent citizenship. - The validity of the card is one year from the date of issue and
is renewable annually. - A discount is applicable to accommodation, camping, meals,
and activities, excluding drinks, hiking, Miles, Boplaas, Popa
Falls camping, Hardap Resort dormitories, and day visitors/
park fees. - A supplement amount of N$150.00 per person per night
on accommodation and N$50.00 per person per night on
camping is applicable to non-members when sharing with
members. A supplement is not applicable on meals and
activities. - NamLeisure cardholders qualify for a 25% discount on meals
and activities. This is limited to the total number of people as
per the card. - NWR reserves the right to cancel/discontinue the
membership, where we reasonably believe at our sole
discretion that the NamLeisure card has been misused/
abused. - Cardholders require their username and password as login
details for online bookings. - An electronic NamLeisure membership card will be issued
and sent via email within 2-5 working days after application
has been submitted. - A NamLeisure discount is not applicable retrospectively to
bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations before the card is processed, a 10% administration fee will be charged for the refund.
- No cancellations are provided for cards that have already been processed on the system.
