Wildlife Viewing

Namibia has remarkable species diversity and a high level of endemism. There are about 217 species of mammals found in Namibia, 26 of which are endemic. They include the Mountain Zebra, rodents and small carnivores, as well as unique desert-dwelling rhino and elephants. The country also hosts the world's largest population of cheetah.

Namibia also has the Big Five - Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhino and Buffalo in healthy numbers spread across the country inside the country's National Parks.
